Scope
Snowsaw.ch provides all supplies and services based on the following terms and conditions in force at the time of the order. The terms and conditions of the customer are excluded.
Offer
Price and assortment changes as well as technical modifications are expressly reserved.
Orders
The sales contract is concluded when the payment for the goods arrive. Upon receipt of your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation contains the binding for ordering information. Snowsaw.ch reserves the right to refuse any order without giving reasons.
Deadlines, Conditions
The goods are shipped after receipt of payment. Delays on the part of our suppliers remains reserved. The purchaser is bound by the contract of sale (from receipt of payment ) for a total of four weeks. In the case of a delay snowsaw.ch assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages connected therewith.
Payment terms, Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs or Euros. The applicable currency is explicitly stated. Price changes are left. Cost of postage and packing are shown country specific when ordering. Customs duties and any additional charges as a result of crossing the border will be charged to the customer.
Legal
All information on the website of SNOWSAW.CH can be changed at any time without notice. The changes are binding immediately. The contract shall in all cases comply with Swiss law.
Liability
Snowsaw.ch excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages that result from the ( improper ) use of the products. Snowsaw.ch also explicitly states that the snowsaws may only be used by instructed and trained personnel. It is necessary to take appropriate precautionary measures that the snowsaws can not get into the hands of children or amateurs.
Privacy Policy
Snowsaw.ch agrees to use its customer data only for standing with the ordering process and not to third parties.
